Who are we?
The Digital Workplace Results Ltd and the Digital Workplace Conferences (DWC) Story
ShareThePoint Ltd has specialised in Microsoft technologies since 2007, as consultants, trainers and thought leaders in the Digital Workplace space. We partner with leading Systems Integrators and Managed Service Providers to offer training and solutions as part of their project implementations.
Think Tank
In 2008, Debbie Ireland (ShareThePoint Ltd’s founder) teamed up with a couple of colleagues who had also been awarded as Microsoft MVPs – Most Valuable Professionals. As a team, they researched and listened to what clients were telling them. It soon became obvious, how much people needed more information, advice and learning opportunities.
People involved in implementing technology are smart. They have a thirst, not just for learning, but for discovering ways of doing things for themselves (it is after all, the Kiwi and Aussie way!). Customers want to explore the breakthroughs that can shed light on their own challenges and how other companies like them achieved them. They want to be informed of potential work arounds. For this they need connection with the right people, knowledgeable and experienced advice from credible experts, and well-researched products that help determine new approaches.
DWC for Down Under
Microsoft have done a wonderful job over the years of adding more resources to help people make sense of the tools they provide. There is, however, still the absolute need to break down the plethora of information to dissectible chunks that are relevant JUST to local companies. Companies like ours, customers in organisation sizes that are relevant to the New Zealand and Australian markets. The Digital Workplace Conferences (initially created as SharePoint Conferences) have continued to meet this need.

Managing Director Debbie Ireland founded EnvisionIT (the ShareThePoint and now Digital Workplace Results Ltd) in 2007.
Known for being a courageous catalyst for change, Debbie is a respected leader in the online collaboration space. Debbie is experienced in managing IT projects across a number of industries and has been working with Office 365 and SharePoint since 2005.
Debbie’s focus is in helping people understand the business capability and productivity gains that Microsoft technologies can provide.
Debbie is also a Microsoft Regional Director and author of Work Life Balance My Arse.
